Terms and Conditions
Terms governing access to and use of the Suri app and services.
Updated July 10, 2026
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: July 10, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Suri mobile application, related websites, and services. The Service is provided by LabLeoRex, Inc., doing business as Suri, referred to in these Terms as Suri, we, us, or our.
Please read these Terms before creating an account or using the Service. By selecting a checkbox or button that clearly indicates acceptance of these Terms, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Continued use will be treated as acceptance of a later revision only where applicable law permits that method. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
1. Eligibility and United States Availability
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Suri.
- Suri is not directed to children or minors. Do not create an account for a child or allow a minor to use your account.
- The Service is currently intended for users located in the United States. If you use it elsewhere, you are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful.
- We may limit or discontinue availability in any jurisdiction where operating the Service would create legal, regulatory, safety, or commercial risk.
2. What Suri Provides
Suri is a consumer informational reference service. It organizes information from government sources, product labels, scientific literature, and third-party databases and may compare product or ingredient identifiers with information you choose to provide.
Suri may provide:
- Product, drug, supplement, food, ingredient, recall, and safety information
- Information about potential drug, supplement, food, ingredient, or condition-related interactions
- General symptom and urgency information
- Barcode and product lookup tools
- Personalized informational flags based on information you choose to enter
- Pet toxicity reference information
Features may change over time. Some features may require a paid subscription.
3. Critical Health and Safety Notice
Suri is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, dosing guidance, or a substitute for a licensed physician, pharmacist, dietitian, veterinarian, poison-control professional, or other qualified professional.
Suri is not intended to be used as a medical device or to make independent clinical decisions. Suri has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No statement in the Service should be understood as a representation that the Service is FDA-cleared, FDA-approved, or suitable for diagnosis or treatment.
Using Suri does not create a physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, veterinarian-client, or other professional relationship.
You agree that you will not use Suri to:
- Diagnose or rule out a disease or medical condition
- Decide whether to start, stop, substitute, combine, or change a medication, supplement, food, diet, or treatment
- Determine a medication or supplement dose
- Replace a product label, medication guide, prescribing information, recall notice, or professional instruction
- Delay or avoid seeking professional care
- Make an emergency medical decision
If you believe that you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or the applicable local emergency number immediately. For a suspected poisoning in the United States, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. For a pet emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian or an appropriate animal poison-control service. Do not wait for or rely on a Suri result.
4. Data and Result Limitations
Government, scientific, product, and third-party data may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, incorrectly matched, unavailable, or outdated. Product formulas, labels, recalls, scientific understanding, and regulatory information can change without notice.
Suri may not identify every relevant interaction, allergy, contraindication, adverse effect, contamination, recall, or risk. The absence of a warning does not mean that a product, ingredient, medication, supplement, food, combination, or activity is safe for you or any other person.
Severity labels and informational flags describe general reference information. They are not individualized clinical determinations. Relevant factors may include age, biological sex, pregnancy, allergies, diagnoses, dose, formulation, route, timing, genetics, organ function, laboratory results, and other substances. Suri does not evaluate all such factors.
You are responsible for verifying important information against the current product label, official source materials, and advice from a qualified professional before acting.
5. Accounts and Authentication
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of the device and third-party sign-in account you use to access Suri.
You may not:
- Share, transfer, sell, or allow another person to use your account
- Access another person's account without authorization
- Circumvent access controls, subscription controls, or security measures
- Use false identity information or impersonate another person or organization
Notify us promptly at support@lableorexinc.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account through the in-app account deletion feature or by following the account deletion instructions at https://checkable-production.up.railway.app/account-deletion. Account deletion and any permitted retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Automatic Renewal
Some Suri features require an automatically renewing subscription. The exact price, currency, billing period, included features, and any trial or promotional terms will be shown immediately before purchase and are part of your purchase agreement.
Unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise:
- The subscription renews automatically for the same billing period until canceled.
- Your Apple App Store or Google Play account is charged when you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal is charged at the then-applicable price before or at the start of each renewal period, subject to app-store rules.
- You may cancel at any time through the subscription settings of the store where you purchased.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges but normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Deleting the Suri app or your Suri account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Suri subscriptions are currently processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable store controls payment processing, purchase confirmation, billing credentials, cancellation processing, and most refund decisions. Store terms also apply.
Free trials and promotional offers
If a free trial or promotional offer is made available, the purchase screen will state its duration, the price and billing period after it ends, whether it automatically converts to a paid subscription, and how to cancel before being charged. A trial converts only according to the terms presented when you enroll.
Price and material term changes
We may change subscription prices or material subscription terms for future billing periods. We will provide the notice and cancellation information required by applicable law and the applicable app store. We will obtain affirmative consent when required. If you do not accept a change for which consent is required, the subscription may end rather than renew at the new price.
Refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and no credits are provided for a partially used billing period. Requests for an Apple App Store or Google Play refund must ordinarily be submitted to the applicable store. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable refund or cancellation right.
The purchase screen and store confirmation control if they conflict with a general subscription description in these Terms.
7. User Submissions
You may be able to submit correction reports, support messages, product names, barcodes, company names, product-label photographs, or other materials. User Submissions must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and limited to information necessary for the requested review.
Do not submit:
- Medical records, prescriptions, government identifiers, financial information, or unnecessary health details
- Personal information about another person without authority
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Malicious code, misleading information, or unlawful material
You retain ownership of your User Submissions. You grant Suri a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, review, modify, and use a User Submission only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, correct, and improve the Service and its product records. This license ends when the material is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, except for information incorporated into a non-personal product record, de-identified information, and copies retained as required by law or for documented legal claims.
We may reject, remove, correct, or decline to use a User Submission. Submission does not guarantee that a product record will be created or changed.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate a law, regulation, court order, or another person's rights
- Harm, threaten, harass, defraud, or impersonate another person
- Introduce malware or interfere with the Service or another user's access
- Probe, scan, or test a vulnerability without written authorization
- Reverse engineer or extract source code except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or use automated means to access the Service without written permission
- Bypass rate limits, subscription controls, authentication, or security measures
- Use Suri data or output to train, validate, or develop a competing database, model, or service without written permission
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its data
- Use the Service for clinical care, professional prescribing, autonomous diagnosis, or another high-risk decision without our express written authorization and any required regulatory approval
9. Ownership and Source Materials
The Service, software, design, compilation, original content, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by Suri or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.
Government records and third-party materials may be subject to separate notices, attribution requirements, licenses, disclaimers, or terms. Inclusion of a product or source does not mean that Suri, the source, or a government agency endorses the other.
Feedback and suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not identify you publicly without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party authentication providers, app stores, infrastructure providers, email providers, databases, and external sources. Third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, availability, or conduct, but this does not limit our obligations regarding processors acting on our behalf.
11. Service Changes, Availability, and Beta Features
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every product, feature, or data source will always be available. We may impose limits to protect security, safety, legal compliance, or system integrity.
Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or similar may be incomplete and may change or be withdrawn. Do not rely on a beta feature for an important health or safety decision.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. Suri disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and freedom from harmful code.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, secure, or suitable for your individual needs. We do not warrant any health, safety, or commercial outcome.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suri and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suri's aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid for Suri during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim
- 100 U.S. dollars
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or another category protected by applicable law. State consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Suri for third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Service, your material violation of Section 8, or a User Submission that you had no right to provide. This obligation does not apply to a claim caused by Suri's own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably determine that you violated these Terms, created a security or safety risk, exposed us or another person to liability, failed to pay an amount due, or used the Service unlawfully.
We may also discontinue the Service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and permitted retention.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security practices, or business operations. We will provide reasonable notice of a material change by email, an in-app notice, or another appropriate method before the change takes effect.
Where applicable law requires renewed affirmative consent, we will request it. Merely updating the effective date will not replace consent when consent is legally required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
17. Electronic Communications
You agree to receive transactional and legal communications electronically, such as authentication, security, account, purchase, policy-change, and service notices. This does not constitute consent to marketing email, marketing text messages, or automated calls. We will request any marketing consent separately when required, and marketing messages will include an available opt-out method.
18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects the right to have a dispute decided in court by a judge or jury.
Informal resolution
Before starting arbitration or litigation, the person raising a dispute must send an individual written notice by email to support@lableorexinc.com with the subject line "Legal Dispute Notice." The notice must identify the account email, explain the facts and requested relief, and include the sender's contact information. A notice is received when our email system records delivery, provided that the sender does not receive a delivery-failure message. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days after receipt.
Individual arbitration
Except for the exceptions below, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration provision.
Arbitration will take place remotely by video, telephone, or documents unless the parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator determines that an in-person hearing is necessary, or applicable law or the applicable rules require another format. If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in a location reasonably convenient for the consumer as required by the applicable consumer rules. Suri will pay arbitration fees to the extent required by the applicable consumer rules or law. Each party is responsible for its own attorneys' fees unless a statute or the arbitrator authorizes an award.
Exceptions
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court. Either party may seek temporary or emergency injunctive relief in court to prevent imminent misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized system access, or another immediate and irreparable harm while arbitration is pending. A government agency may enforce applicable law regardless of this section.
Jury and class-action waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you and Suri waive the right to a jury trial and agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or member in a class, collective, coordinated, consolidated, mass, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary for that party's individual claim.
If the class or representative waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim or request for public injunctive relief, that claim or request will be decided by a court after all arbitrable claims are completed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Arbitration opt-out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@lableorexinc.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days after you first affirmatively accept these Terms. The notice must state that you opt out of arbitration and include your name and account email. An opt-out is timely if sent within the 30-day period. Opting out will not affect the remaining Terms.
19. Governing Law and Court Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 18. Except for an eligible individual claim brought in small claims court under Section 18 or a proceeding that applicable law permits to be brought elsewhere, any court proceeding permitted under these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Delaware or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
This choice does not deprive you of a non-waivable consumer protection available under the law of your state of residence.
20. App Store Terms
If you downloaded Suri from Apple or Google, the applicable store terms also apply. These Terms are between you and Suri, not the app-store operator. Suri, not the app-store operator, is responsible for the Service, support, and handling claims relating to the Service, except to the extent the store's terms provide otherwise.
For an Apple-distributed version, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the app-store provisions against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple, and Apple's responsibility is limited as provided in its terms and applicable law.
21. General Terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and purchase terms presented to you, are the entire agreement concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the Service, subject to applicable privacy law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred. This limitation does not apply where applicable law requires a longer period or does not permit contractual shortening of the limitations period.
Suri will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, public-health events, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility or telecommunications failures, cloud or app-store outages, cyberattacks by third parties, government action, or failures of data sources or suppliers. This provision does not excuse an obligation that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
